Thank you for shopping at Cleats Sri Lanka. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We will accept returns and refunds if a product is delivered to you damaged. You must notify same day of your order delivered with proof of damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned back to us in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Depending on the case, either we may fully refund, partially refund or issue a discount code that can be used on the next purchases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund can be issued as cash returned to your account/credit card or discount code issued to use for future purchases.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days which will be informed via email.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send further details regarding the process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you want it to be exchanged. (Not applicable for damaged or wrong items) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase
- Returns will be carefully assessed before further actions are taken.
- Items Returned should be with original factory condition seals/tags or any other accessories attached.
- In the case of a return/exchange promotional items must be returned in original condition.
- Change of mind is NOT accepted.
- You would be notified of the reception of the returned items by us via email.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on Cleat ID orders once they have been confirmed. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
- Please ensure all details (text, flags, emojis, player selection) are correct before placing your order
- Items Purchased on Sale can only exchanged not refunded.
Exchanges
We highly recommend following our size chart carefully before choosing your size and making an order.
- All returns and exchanges are accepted within 03 days of receiving the item.
- Products when returned should be in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Products that is not in original condition, and with no tags will NOT be accepted.
- If your product does not fit you, you may initiate an exchange within 03 days of purchase.
- Items Purchased on Sale can only be exchanged.
We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
- Products purchased when on sale/promotions
- Grip Socks
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Pre-Order Policy
We accept pre-orders for products that are not currently in stock.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

Delivery Time – Pre-order items are typically delivered within 7–15 days from the date of confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier and shipping conditions.

Advance Payment – An advance payment is required to confirm all pre-orders. Orders without advance payment will not be processed.

No Refunds or Exchanges – Please note that pre-orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Updates – Customers will be updated on the progress of their pre-order, including estimated arrival and dispatch dates.
